Competition Sluisbuurt - 2012

In 2012, the municipality of Amsterdam organised a competition for the Sluis neighbourhood. Creative entrepreneurs were allowed to make a proposal. We proposed the Joint Development Association Sluisbuurt (CIS). The SJU would develop the area entirely on its own. With 3,500 homes and facilities. Our plan was put aside. A sailing trailer park was selected and had to disappear after a few years. We never left.
